Fabulous Trip! I am also sorry that your trip has come to an end. I enjoyed it immensely. It made me homesick for some of those places. See you soon, Laura V.
Wow! I was getting worried 'cause you hadn't blogged for awhile but I thought the bombing days were over in northern Ireland. I loved Galway and the Connemara area. What a wonderful trip! I hope you have lots of pictures to share. See you soon, Laura
asdfkj Hey Girls,
Sounds like you are having a blast! Can't wait to hear more stories when you get back as I'm sure that there are some not getting posted! Enjoy your last few days!

Hello world travellers..You'll be in Ireland now. Be warned J. watch out for McNamees, they are your ancestors, and some naughty ones at that.( I don't really know that, but remember the one who was put in stocks in 1600's? ) Anyway I've heard the pubs are great there,so visit them for sure, am waiting with great interest for next message and all the tales you will have to tell. Remember also what you said about the Blarney Stone J. have lots of FUN and take care.. luv ya, dlbrt..
hi We're less than one week from our trip now. Hope we do as well driving in Italy as you did in Scotland. At least we'll be on the same side of the road. As for the Scots, I heard they wear nothing under the kilt, so the Highland games men must have been shy!
Drink a Guinness or better yet, a Murphy's for me in Dublin. And if you tour the Guinness factory, on the top floor you have a great view of Dublin and get the best Guinness you'll ever taste- right there at the brewery!
Hi fro Victoria Hello again, girls; I feel old reading your blog. I only went into the pubs to eat and have one Guiness, not to party. I walked all around downtown Victoria yesterday and went to bed at 9:30! Looking forward to hearing about Ireland. Laura
How Is Stanley? I have been enjoying your blog. Tried to send a note awhile back, and it wouldn't go through. New York awesome, but also very hot!!! Hope Stanley hasn't melted, and is wearing a seatbelt.
are the sheep safe? Love the driving stories- are you driving in Ireland too? I think you need to stop at a few pubs for Jackie to steady her nerves! Have fun on those roundabouts!
G. Smasher the First Hi Gals. Remember:: Keep your eyes on the road and not let G. Smasher the first get spilt..
Because you were gazing at a hansome Scottish Lad in his wee kilt.
Keep having fun and keep the blogs coming. I am sure you will soon enjoy the land of the shamrocks, leprechauns and the blarney stone..You know the Leprechauns can reveal a treasure if your lucky!! (it is said).. Take care and enjoy..luv ya!
Good Times Hi there,
Keep blogging I will check when I am on the computer to see your where abouts. And do DRIVE careful. Jackie open your eyes!!
Have a good one ladies.
Driving in Scotland! Hi girls; Your blog brings back fond and scary memories. I didn't think I was going to survive my first day of driving in Scotland last summer. You know, those tiny round-abouts in the center of small towns, just drive over them, they're pointless. On that note, listen to nothing I say about driving in Scotland. It was terrifying and thrilling, all at the same time. I think you have the same car I did, a blue Mercedes-Benz. By the way, I think you have a better chance of meeting a hot guy in Scotland than your previous travel stops. I saw young athletic types everywhere, especially cycling around the country (so, open your eyes, Jackie). I even saw Lance Armstrong on the street in Paisley (he didn't notice me though and I was only 2 metres away from him). Anyhow, drive safely and keep blogging! Laura V.
Demon Driver Sounds like the Scots had better be very careful for the next few days (as should George Smasher the First!). Did you find Nessie? Have fun!
Fun Fun Fun Glad to hear that you are having so much fun. The driving experiences alone should fill up your travel journals. Keep blogging, we love them. Drive careful (LOL) love ya
A REAL FUN TRIP Hi Guys I've sent a message before don't know if it reached you.I'm really enjoying your blogs looking forward to the next one, so keep them coming!Sounds like your haveing such a good time . GOOD ON YOU. Keep your Canadian attitude in intact! take care, and enjoy..
McDonald's? I can't believe you are eating at McDonalds! Although British food is generally awful, if you go to Italian or Indian, etc restaurants, the food is pretty good. I loved the British Museum so hope you have lots of time there. Don't you just love London? Just 2 weeks now until we leave. Getting excited!
Be careful driving. Just look every direction before you turn a corner and be prepared to pull over on the smaller roads cause there's only room for 1! Don't look under the kilts- I hear it's rude!
Suuuuper glad that you guys are having a great time. sounds like you two are just having the time of your lives and really taking everything in which is wonderful. have fun in scotland and dont forget to bring me home a husband jackie. love you! <3
London's Great Hi Girls: I loved London too which surprised me. I can hardly wait to see what acts of rebellion you incite at Sidney in the fall. We need a little spicing up! It took me two days to get used to driving in Scotland but I'm sure you learn faster than I do. Keep having fun! Laura V.
Hi girls; Glad to here that you are having alot of fun. Keep up with the blogs, we all enjoy reading them. Miss you alot, and will see you soon
love Mom
Hi there! I'm enjoying your trip greatly. When I was in Florence several years ago it was 34 C and I was a soppy, drippy mess the entire time so I can't imagine 40 C! I took the boat tour all the way to Greenwich in London and got off and looked around. I really enjoyed it. Have fun - I'll stayed tuned. Laura V.
