Ok, i know i havent updated since last one, but i dont have my book with me at min so cant remember all details, will do that another day! But we left thailand 10days early as we all wanted to get to oz so much. DAY 1 SYDNEY Me and Rob arrive, Steve got stuck in Bangkok as his visa wasnt on his passport, so would link up with us later.. We had no problem getting our visa's, just a quick stamp in ya passport, 15 min que for them to put a sticker in, and then on to get our luggage. Cool, were official imagrents of a country! DAY 18 It was raining and it was coming up our last day, so we booked our tickets to Krabi at a cost of 550bt each, which included boat and bus transfers. Other than that we watched some films on TV. Cant really remember what else we did, but it was nothing special! Oh i cant remember if i mentioned this already, but we still havent given the DVD player back as the shop is STILL closed! DAY 19 So woke up at 9am sharp, as i still needed to pack and checkout was at 11. Packed well in time, and went to see if DVD shop was open, nope, looks liek weve got a new travelling companion! DAY 13 Ok so when i woke up i still didnt feel to great, but was so hungry got up anyway! We went to a place called Tom's which did a good sandwich! After that we all went to the beach, as it was getting rather hot! We played frisbie in the sea for a bit, and then i went to go get my camera. When i was drying, i saw some guy flairing on the beach! I was guna go and ask to have a go but my hand was still cut so didnt bother as i wouldnt of been able to catch the bottle anyway! DAY 11 I woke up at 9am as i still needed to pack, but remembered id sent my washing, so went dfown to get it. I got told it wasnt ready and would be by 11am. Ok, that still leaves me with an hour to pack... I went back up to the room, rob and steve were still in bed so i looked at Ko Phangan map, but i couldnt make up mty mind whether we should go NE or NW of the island. Each side had different things to offer. Waited for rob and steve to wake up.. they couldnt decide either, so we thought wed just leave it and go to Ko Sumui instead! DAY 8 Ok so i think i left you with something like these guys were ripping me off, well turns out their not, just shit connection!! Right, so on day 8, Rob and Steve went and got Motorbikes out while i typed up the previous blog, and they went for a spin for about hour i think, and then the rain set in so they came back as these roads are a bit like sarks, shit. It did clear up tho in the end so me and Rob went for a swim in the sea, but soon got out as theres was all mingin seaweed everywhere due to the storms.. so we went and jumped in the pool! DAY 6 What a crappy day. It rained all day so all we did is get bitten by mozzies and sit on the porch watchin the simpsons season 18, which we picked up for 500bar (about 7.50GBP). We got so board, we thought we would go to Ko Phangan tomorrow, so I didnt drink that night as it would mean a fairly early start, but rob and steve still endulged, and hay why not, where on holiday!! Whilst sleeping that night, i swear i got woken up by a mouse/rat sitting on our bed, but we checked room and couldnt find any where where it would get in. DAY 7 WOW! What a beautiful day!! DAY 4 Ok so we made it to Ko Tao at about 9am after the roughest boat ride ive ever been on, the guys off Deadliest Catch would even have a hard time.. people were puking everywhere all of the time but me steve and rob being the hardcore basterds we are stomached it. Actually they both fell asleep and i just put on my mp3 and watched and laughed! We managed to get a taxi (ay toyota hylux 4x4, but a new one rather surprislingly!) to take us as far as he could (the roads are really really bad) and we walked the rest to find a beach hut. DAY 2 Ok so we woke up, not really deciding to do much as we had had such a mad one the night before, all deciding we would have a quiet night, maybe watch a film in a bar and just generally chillax. We went to the MBA mall by Tuk Tuk, which took AGES, and the fumes around Bangkok made us decided that we would leave tomorrow for Ko Tao, which is HUGE, about 8 floors altogether, but theres so much to look at we ended up just walking round looking at everything completly gobsmacked. Well our first day involved has been excellent! We got a taxi from the airport, to kho san road, for 850bar, (about 8GBP) and it took about hour and half! The drivers over here are nuts, and i wouldnt fancy my chances if it was me! So we got dropped off, found a good hostel for 200bar a night each, which includes private bathroom, hot water and air con! After dropping off our things, we were all excited so we headed out to the main bit of the road, had a couple of beers, and then things got interesting.
