BobbyFree. Just checking in on my website after quite a hiatus. I'm so glad you've been enjoying my blogs! Thank you so much for your support and I'll be sure to pack some sea sick pills for you next time you read my stories. In that case, you probably shouldn't get started with my Antarctica trip.
All my best,
Eriku
Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right. Here I am.... Thanks for the heads up on Explorer Ventures.
Glad you kept a good attitude but that was completely uncool of them to trip twice like that. 'Used to work in the industry. They know what they are doing when they do it (most of the time). They do it because in certain situations they believe you won't cancel and the more they pack in, the more $$$ they make. But you had the last smile- AH-nuld and all.

That was a big one... ' Love the rugby story. In the Windies we tried to learn (appreciate) cricket. Hmmm? Wish I had a cricket story as good as your story about rugby!
I have hasd those moments... There was a year when I found myself in a certain part of the globe eight times! Any time I got a flight, the money and time, I was there. The experiences were so compelling during one stint, I stayed awake 38 hours. We were doing our favorite kind of partying- mixing with local people in rain forests where there were no televisions and nothing to prove.
I am not a shutter bug like you Eriku. My pictures are all in my head but when you spoke of how compelling a look at the opera house was- I could really relate.
Peace
Bob
Your Fans Are Anxiously Awaiting... ...Your Next Entry!

Where ever you are - what ever you are doing we would like to hear about it. Some of our most exciting travel happens in our own back yard.
We'll be watching!

Chu Defined Hey Papa,
I'm glad you're shooting me some Q's--just to keep me one my toes I like it!
Chu means "Center," in regards to Chu Toro. This means the center of the tuna...or the fatty part! MMMMMM. Later that day, Max's girlfriend seared the remaining Chu Toro. From what I heard, it was even better than Nama (fresh\uncooked).
LOVE
Yeah, Slava,
The Skyline was SICK. Remind me to give you that present, as it relates to the Skyline. You know, if we were there now, we could have done a test drive around tokyo. Oh, to be japanese again...
Answer: Re Special Dogs in Nepal Papa san,
Nepal does have a special dog. Well, it's Tibetan though, i think. The Mastif. They grow HUGE, and are meant to scare off the local yetis and snow leopards. They are also bred to me mean mothafs.
But i've seen some as puppies, and they are absolutely adorable!
Hey Bro!
yeah, i'm back in the US. I had to start school this week. Since internet was hard to come by on the trip, I wrote a journal and now i'm kind of reflecting by writing up the journal plus adding my own stuff, and pics!
Glad you like it! Please, come with me next time!! Japan and Singapore were not the same without you! But yeah, Max in Japan is JUST like you would remember it. ALL GOOD!!!!
This cannot be NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe Gankou Ramen no longer exists! This must be one the saddest piece of news I've heard in a long time... It really is a loss to humanity. RIP.
Excellent! Eriku-kun! Love your travel blog! Wish I could be there!
Are you still there or back in the US? For some reason, I received an email for this entry only today, while it says December 24th...!
Anyways, HAPPY NEW YEAR brozah!!!! And to anyone else who reads this blog too!
