WOW!
LOVE THE PICTURES!!! I can't believe you went to Peru and saw Machu Pichu... this is a dream of mine! You always seem to find adventures along the way so I don't believe you are ever at risk of loosing your sense of adventure since it finds you. I especially loved the picture of you senior posing with a lama... I couldn't help singing "Mary had a little lamb..." at that picture. What a trip........ :)

I honestly did not know there could be an animal more akward looking than a llama. Nice find down there! Oh and I'm wondering if you gave the protestors that were blockading their city a little assertiveness training. I can just hear you.. " just say, STOP, we don't WANT you to build that cement factory. " hahahahahahaha

Only hours there and 'home'?
In La Paz? Yeah,,,it's pretty cool, but just wait. If you like it this much already, you'd better get started with the paperwork needed to stay--just visiting Bolivia can be addictive all by itself--no drugs needed. I predict you might not ever want to leave Bolivia, especially once you have seen some of the rest of that incredible nation, and gotten to know more of her amazingly wonderful and hard-working people. Enjoy/experience it to the max while you can--it is like no other place on the planet... locoto

Que bonita!
Bear, glad to see that you went to and enjoyed Sevilla! Your pics are awesome and you saw the real important things in Sevilla. To clear up some of your quetions. GOTHIC is a art style of the 17th and 18th century. The architecture of the gothic period is recognized by fine details like what you saw. ROMAN RUINS: Spain (actually Hispania at that time) was part of the Roman Empire. Remember that the Roman Empire streatched at times from what is now Portugal to the Middle East and North Africa. Spain was a very powerful province of the Roman Empire and has some of the very best Roman ruins in all of Europe ... such as what you have seen and also the aqueducts of Segovia and the theater at Merida. Hope this helps! PS Can you tell Andy is in teacher mode? PSS Cliff jumping??? You CRAZY girl.... glad I didn“t know that beforehand!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfinished Lecture
OK, I'm not done with you yet! So..if someone else jumps off a cliff, should you jump off a cliff? The answer should be NO!!! Please stick to supervised adventures. And "yes" I focused right in on the cliff jumping. Thought you could just squeak it by... Steph and Andy, if you are reading this, Happy Anniversary. Love you all, MOM
