Never fear, it won't be monsoon season all over Asia! It's located in fairly smallish regions and varies from east to west coasts (and parts are very thin. You'll be alright! You want to get rid of one of those 17 pairs of jeans you're lugging around if you haven't already though! x

Silk climbing! COOOOOOL!
Glad to see you're still looking stunningly gorgeous as ever Chris - at first I couldn't see you in the group photo and feared you were the person with the excessively curly mop. Struck the fear of God, yes THE FEAR OF GOD into me. Silk climbing sounds truly amazing. I'm ever-so-glad you didn't set light to yourself when poiing. Today the weather in the 'Ding was beautiful today, I wasn't quite sure what to make of it. You may well have loved the Cave Rave during the anti-summer ball - it was pretty darn cool, though no doubt not in the league of what you've been up to! Miss you lots, especially now I've read your travel blog. You take care of you - I will keep you in my thoughts and wish you good things Froggie

Missed you this weekend. Your Mum, Dad and Richard have been staying with us this weekend. Exchanging presents etc. Took your parents and Richard out on the town till 1.00am!!!! Your Dad in a bar with live music till 1am must have been a first!!! Anyway i have sent your present with them to give to Alex. I though with your vast experience of crazy women (starting with that girl from Barrow Island if i recall) you'd have worked out crazy women=bad by now! That sustainable community sounds very you though and i'm very muchg liking the randomness of your trip. I heard from Sean the other day - just missed him in Cumbria cos i'm back this weekend and he was last. Life in Manchester going well - I'm getting involved in Manchester lawyers shit ie going to to work then getting free drinks off law firms to meet other lawyers and playing football with them etc. with them. Most people at work excellent so far but most of mates from uni off travelling soon so soon Sean and I will b only people left in whole of the UK I think : (( Keep up the randomness : ))

Hey honey, nice to hear you're jut wombling abut in NZ. Things sound like they're shaping up just fine so don't panic about making the most of your time- you will, and there will be plenty of opportunities to do even more than you dreamed possible. Things here are .... ok. I'm in London with MArn at the moment having a lovely time but I had a turbulent evening with Simon last week- lots of booze, throwing up and a late night. Zark is ponying about being his usual dude self and cheering me ap and trying to keep me on the straight and narrow!!! Work is good but the bank is being a total wankshaft of an organisation, making things really awkward and incredibly difficult for me, but i shall fight them with everything I've got and some of the things that i haven't and everything will be fine. Good to hear you've got yourself a job and a band- listening to you shouting and screaming and being a front man would be an interesting experience. Oh, don't wait for uas to come out- I meaqn, me and Alice are still obvoiusly coming out to see you along with lots of your other friends I'm sure, but don't wait for us to go exploring; go crazy on your own too!

Wow honey that all sounds amazing. I think in most of the countries on the planet except the Uk and the US they see the world similarly to the Kiwi's, its just us on our little cold windswpet island!! Thats certainly been my experience (though limited) Are you making lots of friends and stuff like that and whats the weather like there? Things in Ellie land remain fairly bollocks. I think I'm in love with two men, i might have skin cancer, I'm still broke and the car is still busted. But its all mostly under control- the skin cancer thing is the scariest part and I'm going into hospital next week to have it looked at. Money issues are (VERY) slowly sorting themselves out as is the car and the bank, and as for the men- I'm happy where I am and know most definately that the grass is not greener on the other side, its more like an interesting shade of yellow. Which sometimes invites me to go exploring. But I'm not and I haven't and I shan't. All my love, wishing i was a million miles away somewhere exciting too (not that that would solve any of my issues at the moment!)

I'm liking this blog thing or not
I am sat in my office in Manchester, being kept at my first "lunch at desk" fiasco by the lovely northern rain, so thought I'd see how you were getting on. Well it seems, I am extremely jealous of the juxaposition in our circumstances! (look I used a v long word, worthy of a lawyer). Glad your shit seems to be coming together well, work is going well for me; very interesting but knackering getting up so early. I'm off into prison by myself tomorrow to see a client, extreme fun - they better let me out again! Suz forced me to play guitar hero with her brother for 4 hours the other Sunday, I'm in my element : )) Don't think my housemate is so keen on it yet, but it will grow on him. Stop putting kisses at the end of your messages, it worries me.
