Unbelievable!! I'm referring to the Venice in Macau photo. What a surprise!
A great last blog....well done on a brilliant job.
What a pair of intrepid adventures you've become. Doing your own thing beats organised trips hands down we've always found. But you have to have confidence to do it and many people haven't.
Bye now I expect you're on the plane home. That homecoming will be exciting in itself. I'll bet your girls can't wait.
Thanks again for all the fun. We've loved it all and reading everyone's comments has been highly amusing.
See you soon.

Wow What an amazing boat trip! You're so lucky to have seen whales and dolphins! It sounds like an amazing day. I like the pictures of the two of you - looking very relaxed! - Make the most of it!!! ;-) xxxxxx
Bay of Islands Sorry you couldn't stay longer in Napier and environs, much wine growing there, which my cousin and I explored very fully! You are now in the part I did not have time to get to and I am sitting here a very green colour! Glad you enjoyed Rotorua and the volcanic scenes, spectacular aren't they? Well the sun came out here today and it did not rain and there was a slight breeze,I think you will be shocked when you fly in next week at our liquid landscape! It has been absolutely horrendous! If you can get a week longer then take it,it looks fabulous where you are! The people are fabulous aren't they,so friendly! Tony.
Very colonial as you would expect I think you are having a fantastic holiday, it will not be long before you can swap the yacht club for the Arboretum lake.
Your great trip! Excellent 'Travelblog' and piccies! Also, Penny will have quite a gallery by the end of your trip! Well, it's the 'Blakemore Wedding' tonight, we'll have a drink and a boogie for you, and then we are off to the Lake District for the week with Amanda, Stuart and boys. Strangely enough the Lake District isn't flooded.....but taking sledges and hoping for snow....could do with a bit of yours from last week! Continue your fab time! X
Narnia! Wow you've been to Narnia!! It looks amazing! Poppy says it's definitely 'Queen Nanny' and not the white witch - waggy finger to Grandad! Looks and sounds like such an amazing place - don't think my sensitive nose would cope in Rotorua though! Happy Valentines Day, love you both xxxx
Hiya from wet Uk Hi Penny and Chad
Again fantastic blog and pics...Prince Caspian's cave looked awesome....no comment on the toy boy!!!!Enjoy your last week.Don't forget to see Hobbit land.
Love joyce xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Keep the blogs coming . Love Linda &John x x x
Coromandel and Rotorua Fantastic blog and photos again. It's just amazing to re-live this trip through your descriptions and images.
We were thrilled you got to Cathedral Cove and glad to see you can still walk through the 'cathedral'. We had read somewhere that it had now become too dangerous. Isn't that rock formation at the far end of that 'Narnia' beach something else!
Rotorua...what can I say? A brilliant experience and your sunrise photo sent shivers up my spine and took me right back to our morning spa bath looking onto that exact scene.
I didn't get my photo taken with the toy boy but I can see you were right in there Penny. Did you rub noses with him or anything else???
What a trip! You are making such fantastic memories.

Ginger beer and salt vinegar crisps - yummy Am I pleased I wasn't on that ferry but at least you haven't got to make a return trip - it's a good job you've both got good sea legs!! The weather over here continues to be a nightmare with more gales and rain predicted for the weekend. Villa drew with Cardiff- as it was a BT game we watched it; poor first half for Villa but they did improve in the second and could easily have won the game in the end. You're on the home run now so enjoy all that's left, looking forward to seeing you when you get back xx
