Great Holiday everything is OK at home, hope you are receiving my notes, great pictures and travel log, although its cloudy where you are its still pouring down with rain here.
We lost 2-1 against Everton. x
Lake Tekapo to Dunedin. Some fantastic sights again, lovely pics.I remember the Moeraki Boulders very well but in better weather than you had! It's still raining and blowing gales here, the flooding is now very serious and dangerous! About to spend a nerve wracking afternoon as WBA are playing Liverpool at the Hawthorns! I'm expecting a trouncing and another move down the table! Enjoy Queenstown when you get there. Tony
Enjoying your blogging, Hi Penny and Chad
Greetings from Pelsall ! We are loving reading your blog and keeping up to date with you wonderful adventure. New Zealand looks amazing and so does Penny in the picture! Glad you are having such a wonderful time. Thank you for your lovely email re Charlie.
Thank God for Boulder Beach It has cheered my heart to see a photograph of my little mate in a raincoat - it was getting a little tiresome seeing all those scenic photographs bathed in sunshine!! Joking apart, we have had some hideous weather while you have been away. The good news there is some respite this morning and the sun is shining - washing on the line gently blowing in the breeze (boring!!) although the forecast for the week is not good. Brian is sitting holding his head in his hands whilst listening to the T20 game on the radio. England are currently 100 for 8 chasing 196 - another thrashing. Villa lost 2-1 to Everton having taken the lead in the early stages but they crumbled in the last twenty minutes. There is now only 7 points between the 11th and 20th place in the Premier. Villa play West Ham who are currently third from bottom at home next Saturday and if they beat the Villa they will only be 2 points behind them so a six pointer game. It's alright for you pair half way across the world enjoying yourselves whilst I have to live with Mr Glum - oh no another wicket's gone!! xx
Making memories Fantastic descriptions and photos again but who's that strange woman on the bridge :o)
What a trip. Now you've got Milford Sound and the glaciers to look forward to. Fabulous!!!
Queenstown is great fun and very 'buzzy'. We liked it a lot.
This is brilliant. We feel like we're on the trip with you. 3 cheers for the internet I say.

So pleased to hear of all your adventures and to be kept up to date! Loved picture of Penny and the wizard...You are certainly missing some horrid weather and very heavy rainfalls in the UK.
lots of love Anne
Christchurch So glad you enjoyed Christchurch. We had fears it would look like a bombsite now after the earthquake and that you'd find it all a bit sad looking.
It was one of our favourites when we were there pre-quake.... so beautful. It's great to read it's not lost its charms.
Don't know what all those forward slashes were in my last comment. I think the computer had a bit of a brainstorm!!

Sky Tower G'day, I have happy memories of Sydney Sky Tower. I think it has a revolving bar, unless it was a very happy night and my vision was a bit wonky! By the way, we are the new Chad and Penny as Stephen and I have P and T responsibilities on a Tuesday. Think we're doing okay so far. Not lost anyone and no lates for school run- phew! Enjoy NZ love Janine&Stephen
Wow! Hi Penny and Chad, it's wonderful to be able to read about your adventures and see all the great photos! Wow! It sounds as though you are having a wonderful time. The Chinese Garden looks glorious as do the stunning harbour shots. I agree with Penny - the koala's my favourite. Any chance you can bring him back? The grandchildren would love him
Gobsmacked from Streetly! Your blogs and photos just get better and better! That's a clever photo of the pair of you at Watsons Bay with the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the distance.
Did you plan to be in Sydney on Australia Day?
Look forward to hearing from Christchurch.
Love Sheena x
Last two days in Sydney. Your pics have brought some happy memories back, especially the bridge, opera house and harbour! Your weather looks wonderful! You'll probably not be surprised to learn that the weather over here continues in stormy mode,in fact quite frightening on Saturday when we had a ferocious storm for about an hour with driving hail, thunder and lightning! Tense night tonight Chad as it's that derby game!! Have a good flight to Christchurch.
We got a real pang reading this and seeing your gorgeous photos. It all looks so familiar and just as beautiful as ever. You have managed to get a real \'flavour\' of Sydney in such a short time. Last time I was there I met my Aussie friend and we got that ferry out to Watson\'s Bay and we managed to get the take-away fish and chips. The queues weren\'t too bad then.There\'s another Doyle\'s on Circular Quay and Clair and I had dinner there on our last night in Sydney. We had the Opera House opposite and the Bridge just to the left...spectacular.
Isn\'t it a fabulous city? So glad you\'ve enjoyed its charms. Your photos are just fantastic. That Aussie sky.....wow!!
New Zealand still to discover. How fantastic.
Can\'t wait for the next instalment.
