I loved looking at your Antrim photos, as I've been there several times! Gorgeous country. Photo No. 30 & 31 are at Bushmill's ( not Bushman's ) Distillery. A great place for an Irish coffee!

Hi I agree with the other comment and thanks for the really interesting blog. I worked in Tuscany several times in my Army days and am returning with my wife to show her the old sights. thanks for the great blog and topping pics.
Ciao ciao! Hello,
I just found this interesting story about Tuscany and I couldn't resist writing you... Congrats for driving with the snow, sometimes it's a kind scary because the car simply dances on the road... I tried it once, but I gave up after 30 seconds.
Everybody is talking about Lucca, and so did I:

The Fish in his best form I was chortling all the way through this installment. The image of the plumber's flying underwear overshadowed somehow the glory of Saint-Michel. I wonder why :-)
Looking forward to descriptions of how you handled the icy roads...
YEah, it is slowly getting cooler but not so bad yet. Yet...
We're cruising down to Birmingham to visit some friends tomorrow for a week or so. Then to Wales, then Bristol (and Bath and Glastonbury), then London that concludes England.
Then off to France, Spain and Italy during which time we'll hopefully win the lottery and then we can plan what comes next.
:o)
Strike On strike ? I'm sorry, but it looks like blackmail to me. As your possible future publisher, I would consider your commission rise, but strike without warning ? That's not fair.

Gift of the Gab - and all that shite! Hey Nicko... I think you should consider a future in television with your own travel show - you certainly have the gift of the gab.

AV ticket Wieliczka AV ticket. Believe it or not, but one of my friends was arrested in Egypt museum for not buying the ticket and making ONE photo of the mumy. He was offered to go to the police arrest, or pay the fine. How much ? He was asked to empty his pockets, and they took everything !!!
Auschwitz. You don’t ever want to see something of this again. Neither does anybody else probably. And that's why I was in shock, when I went to Cambodia. Will people ever learn ?
