Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi, Vietnam Breakfast was at Koto's, which is a restaurant that takes in street kids & trains them in the hospitality industry to give them a future - because the government wont! The founder is an Aussie/Vietnamese, so I managed to get a fix of Vegemite on toast - it sure hit the spot. Vicki led us on a walking orientation of the Old French Quarter, which has streets dedicated to every old profession from silk making to metal work. Joining Leah, Lyn & Gabrielle, I spent a few hours walking around to the Opera House & museums of Revolution & History. We checked out St Josephs Church & I began feeling unwell, so headed back to the hotel for a rest. As this tour is also sold as two, two week trips, tonight was the final dinner before the group configuration changes. I satisfied my craving for a steak & afterwards we all went out for drinks at a place called the Funky Monkey. Still nursing a tender tummy, I opted for an early night, although I heard a couple of the girls partied into the wee hours - wouldn't be the Aussies hey??!!
