On our last day in Chaing Mai we decided to visit the zoo. Its pretty much like any other zoo apart from some of the animals you are allowed a little closer too. The hippos fpr example can be fed and they come right up close to you with thier hugeeee teeth!

The Zoo itself is in the mountains and whilst thier is a bus around it it tends to zoom past things so fast you dont actually get to see anything. So we walked most of the day in the sun up and down really steep hills and we were knackered by the time we got back.

A couple of highlights were the pandas, the white tigers and the Monkeys!
