Still at Grand Jomtien Palace Resort in Jomtien Beach but not doing anymore than I can help .... just sitting by the pool reading, and recouping from a terrible head and chest cold.

Thank goodness for a good book when you're recouping from a bad cold !!!

A little friend ... well uh ... actually guite BIG .... joined me on our balcony when I was out there reading !!!

Del's lesson on peeling a pomello .... a GREAT fruit we love... close to a grapefruit but much sweeter and juciier !!

Boy , could they use a good electrician here. This is just around the corner from our resort and on a main road where we walk every day !!

The pool at our resort feels "oh, so good " when it's 28* C during the day.

There was no way I could talk Del into getting into the bubble .... but it was great fun to watch !!!

"Happy face" moon and stars !!

When on our way to dinner in Pattaya on Dec.1 we were amazed to see in the sky , our moon (in a quarter phase) and the two planets, Venus (the bigger and the brighter one since it's next to Earth), and Jupiter (the smaller one)forming a figure of a smiling face in the clear night sky. After inquiring about this we find out that this alignment of planets happens once every six years. So enjoy it we did !!!
