We are Safe!

Hello to you.
We are now in 'the land of smiles' we had a looong journey, but it all passed very trouble free. Sailed through passport control and got out of Bangkok airport within 20 mins of landing. The flight was a bit of a drag, especially when I (Tom) managed to break both of our screens on the in flight entertainment. Whoops!
Arrived in our hostel...im style... a bright pink taxi, 6 hours ahead of check in at 9am, and were fearing having to wait to be allowed into our room, having not slept in 24 hours it wasnt a prospect we were relishing. BUT they let us in and we slept for 3 hours. (we want to get our body clocks changed asap) We awoke to a massive thunderstorm, had some food, and went for a walk..... or a wade...... khaosan road was 6 inches deep in water... we got our feet very wet. ( I saw a bloke that had put mini wellies on his dog.....some mad stuff over here)

anyways thats it for now.... off for food and then bed. heading to the islands in the next day or two.
