Last day in Thailand

I am sad to say that it is our last day in Thailand today. We are having a little free time to do some last minute shopping and dinner right now then later this evening we will having some closing activities to wrap up the program. Most of us are flying out tomorrow but there are a couple of people that leave tonight and some that are staying for a few more days. What an amazing experience. Here are some photos from the last few days in Ban Krud.

Buddha on the Mountain
In the distance there is a Wat, (Buddhist Temple), that we could see from the beach near the cottages. It has a large gold Buddha just to the right of the Temple.

Border School
We visited a border school near the border of Burma. We delivered school supplies and played with the children. A fantastic, rewarding day.

Sunrise on the beach
Each morning we did a silent meditation and then watched the sun come up over the Bay of Thialand.
