It will take much time to digest what transpired today...three hour trek in a WW2 transport vehicle built for perhaps 10 men in which we had approximately 31 people plus food and medicine for 75 families. We forded rivers and climbed hills crammed together in the most uncomfortable setting imaginable as we traveled to the tribal village of Nacolcol.
However, the team came out of the experience in complete awe with what we saw, the interaction with the tribal people, seeing a civilization that is living the same way today as they did 200 to 300 years ago; no electricity, no modern convenience, medical assistance.
I will have each person write more later, but for now I am posting one video.
