Kalinga and Cagayan

we were vacationing in isabela for the holidays.. we learned that kalinga is just an hour drive away from cabagan, isabela via the town of sta. maria so right there and then, we drove to kalinga. after exactly an hour, we arrived in tabuk - the capital town of kalinga. i really do not have any expectations as to what shall we gonna see or discover in the town of tabuk.. upon arrival, i noticed that the place has an impressive church, gasoline stations, banks.. it is a thriving town with noticeable sustainable development.

there was a nearby river which is famous for water rafting but since we were not prepared for it, we missed the place and just went around the town for an hour. since there was not much to see, we drove going to tuguegarao city to visit callao cave at penablanca town.
