Macau
The main strip in Macau, lined with massive casinos either side. This morning we woke up got ready then headed down to the hotel restaurant for some breakfast. It was a huge buffet with all sorts of Asian foods, most of which Hannah and I wouldn't eat. We found some cereal and bread, ate breakfast then headed to reception to take the free shuttle bus to the Ferry Terminal on Macau Peninsula. We waited for a while but eventually the bus came and we were taken across to Central Macau. It was quite easy to get around in Macau because most of the casinos offered free bus shuttle to and from their casino to the Ferry Terminal. Once we arrived we jumped on the shuttle bus to 'The Sands' hotel and casino and had a quick look around inside. We went outside took some photos and walked to the main strip where the majority of the casinos were. As we walked down the road we went in and out of various casinos having a good look around, most of them were packed with people and even the lowest priced table was quite expensive.
We eventually ended up at the 'Wynn' casino and walked through an impressive entrance to get onto the

The impressive 'Sands' Hotel & Casino in Macau main floor of the casino. Hannah stopped to have a tea while I decided to try put some money down on an automatic roulette table. It wasn't long before my money was gone, but it was a bit of fun. We made our way back outside through the same entrance we can in but this time there was an amazing show going on. The roof had opened and there was a large screen with different displays while a massive tree began rising up from the floor, we didn't expect to see this at all, but it was great. We continued down the main road and into a few more casinos here and there. We stopped to play Sic-Bo in the 'Grand Lisboa' for a while and won quite a bit of our money back. But by this time we'd had enough and were ready to head back to the hotel to relax in the spa. We took a shuttle back to the Ferry Terminal then took another shuttle to one more casino we just had to visit. Crown casino, the Australian owned casino where I had worked for almost 3 years back in Melbourne, I had to check out what

The Lisboa, made famous in James Bond films. The unusual building behind it is the Grand Lisboa. it was like over here. Once we arrived we were greeted onto the casino floor. The tables here were some of the most expensive I’d seen so far in Macau. There were hardly any people in here though and it wasn't anywhere as nice as some of the other casinos.
We hadn't eaten all day and were absolutely starving by this time. We took a shuttle back to 'The Venetian' to try find the nearest McDonalds. After getting lost in the gigantic place we finally found it and stuffed our faces, it was awesome. We walked back to our hotel around the corner and got ready to relax in the luxury spa 'Grand Waldo' was famous for. We headed downstairs and were swamped with staff trying to convince us to go inside. We decided to go ahead inside and each went to get changed in the separate bathrooms. I was shown to my locker in the men’s room and got my bathers out when he told me that you go in naked. I was shocked, this obviously meant Hannah was in one spa and I was in another. I went to have a shower and felt so uncomfortable having

The Wynn Hotel & Casino other naked people wondering around, I'd had enough I left the spa and returned to the spa reception where they told me Hannah was waiting inside. They took me to her and we were both not happy and decided to leave. We it came to pay they refused us a refund and told us we had to pay the full amount. We were so angry at them, we tried to compromise and pay just for one person but they made us pay for two, we were disgusted. It tainted the rest of our time in Macau, we just wanted to leave as soon as we could. We returned to our room feeling incredibly ripped off and eventually fell asleep.
