Bhubaneswar is the capital of Orissa, a state in the east of India. It is a large spread city, where the centre is hard to find. The city starts to live when the sun goes down, and hundreds of people, riksjas and bikes are trying to find a way in the traffic. Very dangerous to cross the road, cause the pedestrian is the parasite of the traffic ( and nobody will cry if you die)...

The spiritual centre once had more than hundred temples, but nowadays only a fifty left. We couldn't enter them all, cause some are exclusive for hindu devotees. The shape and style was completely different from the temples that I had seen before in the rest of South India.
We also visited the two cavehills. Not so spectacular as the caves that I saw in Sri lanka, and the purpose is not really clear.

We were in Bhubaneswar for three days and on the 17th we booked a busticket to Kolkotta!
