More of Cairo

Up at 6:30 for a walk to the Old Islamic part of Cairo (about an hour and half walk). We go into the Al-Azhar Mosque and get a tour from one of the men there (who asks for a tip and then complains about the amount until we give him more). We then walk to the “City of the Dead” a huge old cemetery where they built houses rather than graves for the dead. Creepy. We then did the rest of our shopping at the Bazaar, had some lunch and walked back the hotel for some time by the pool.
