So as i was saying...........
woke at about 6am to a pounding on my....door (nudge nudge wink wink)......was çhards and nunny who had apparently been doing it for about 10 minutes and had just about resigned themselves to slipping a note under my door and going.......
Ran down to meet our tuk tuk driver Sarin, who had been patiently waiting for over an hour for us.........
Racked out to the temples....had breakfast out there...proceded to the first couple where we again got hammered by kids selling stuff..."öne dollar mister..one dollar"....still a little drunk at this stage, so richards and i took great pleasure in 1) pissing off nunny...and 2) telling said kids we couldn't speak english and we were from Russia....proceeding to rattle off any bit of russian we knew......."ähhhhh ...da....vodka ...borsht....stroganoff.....gorbachov...maria sharipova ..etc etc" so fucking funny!!!!
And then...heading to the next site...it happened!!!....grog had worn off a little....we're all snoozing in the back of the tuk tuk.....when....jolt...our man has hit the brakes......i've gone to look over my shoulder(I had the backwards seat)...and before i could see anything...i had the roof of the tuk tuk charging at me!!!! We were hit from the side at pace
by another moto.....causing the tuk tuk to fishtail before flipping. i was sort of smashed into the roof corner....nunny had her foot treapped under the tuktuk...and richards used me as a buffer and walked away(prick!!)our man Sarin had a pretty nasty gash in his foot where the peddle had gone through....
After i went into shock...turned white and sweated about 16 litres...i discovered a bit of a hole in my elbow bleeding profusely ( jesus i hope it doesn't turn bad cupcake!!!) patched that up and then sat around while several hundred police evaluated the situation...for a country that appears to have virtually no road rules..when the shit goes down...the paperwork kicks in......
Sorted all that, saw the temples where lara croft was filmed, which were ridiculously good (heres your homework kids...in temples built in the 1100-1200's...how in the name of the gods does a carving of a stegosaurus exist...i shit you not....wait til i post the pic).............by this time, chopper was getting pretty tired and Sarins gash(ha ha - cue benny hill music) continued to bleed so we convinced him hospital was the next best stop...so we took him there, he got stitched up......we went back to
the hostel tired, shitty and dehydrated.......so we ate and rehydrated a little (got to love those largies of Laos Lager) and now here i am......
Off to a place called Battambang tomorrow......so we'll see what can go wrong there!!! HA HA
Thats it for now....i miss some of you heaps already...some just a little ....and the rest...well you probably know who you are!!!.................... just jokes...you can all get stuffed!

PS...for chrissakes too...if the webmasters of this site are listening...Michelle Nunn (ie Andrew Richards) is filthy that at least of one of his blogs hasn't been selected for the front page of the site yet....can you please add one of mine first, just to make him INCREDIBLY happy (once i post my pics of course)
