Land mines desigend to blow up fully manned tanks
Hey again kids...its your old Uncle chop Chop back again......(before i go any further pics will be added later)

Arrived at Siem Reap international, (which looked like a tropical hotel!!!) and was met by the gorgeous michelle nunn and the less than gorgeous Mark Fennell. After a heart warming hug from all, we headed back to the hostel...very nice, the most important aspect of course, being cold beer that i could charge to my room!!!

Kicked around Siem Reap for the arvo...looked at markets etc...i guess the first thing that hit me was the amount of construction of massive expensive looking hotels being built....and the dirt poor begging on every corner, particularly land mine victims....... pretty sobering (and i know thats not a word you'll hear from me often)..... we visited a land mine museum in the arv run by an ex army guy who now clears mines and schools amputee kids etc..........one of the most moving things i have ever seen...its pretty heavy, in the way people try and maim each other, but also really uplifting to see the lengths others will go for strangers.

BIG WORD UP TO ONE OF MY FAVOUIRITE COUNTRIES ,THE GOOD OLD
More stillMore stillMore still

Unexploded bombs collected from the countryside
U.S OF A, WHO IS ONE OF A LIST OF COUNTRIES, THAT WILL NOT SIGN A NON LAND MINE TREATY AND CONTINUES TO PRODUCE THEM FOR THE PLEASURE OF THE REST OF THE WORLD AS WE SPEAK. GOOD ONE YA YOU LITTLE CHAMPS.

Now that that rant is out of the way, i can say that we had an excellent traditional Khmer meal with some other kids from our hostel that night, before we took over a bar across the road and proceeded to go a little nutty. Some how i became best pals with the manager and we had a great old time.

however seeing as we had a tuk tuk booked for 4.45am the next morning...and didnt get home til 3.....guess what happened.....................
