Bzzzz Bzzz Bzzzz. Damnit. It felt like I had just fallen asleep. This time, it wasn’t the jet lag that woke me up, it was the alarm clock that jarred me out of my slumber. I quickly got ready and headed down to the lobby for breakfast.

After a quick bite, we headed to the Marina Bay Sands to listen to the CEO's presentation. I must say, he's a sharp individual. He was eloquent, intelligent, and extremely skilled at dancing around the tough questions. After we finished there, we headed over to IBM and listened to some of their management give us a run down on their Singapore operation, direction, strategy, etc. It was pretty interesting. After we finished the school obligations, I went to do some exploring with classmates. I showed them the Hawker Center, Buddha Tooth relic temple, etc. I really wanted to check out the Thien Hock Temple, but it was closed. Such a bummer! I’ll just have to come back some other time to check it out.

After the temples, we meandered around Chinatown. I picked up a pair of sunglasses and some souvenirs for people back home. (Yes sis, I’m continuing the tradition/theme with your present this time as well). After a few hours, we were all pretty tired and headed back to the hotel. After some rest, we hung out, had a few beers, and then took the boat tour. It was ok, but by that time, we were all pretty beat. I don’t think we enjoyed it as much as we normally would have.

I love the comments and the pictures. Check out the Coca-Cola pavilion along the River at one of those places you mention. That was your cousin\'s Mark enterprise. Looking forward for more. Love
