Another Temple, and guess what, it has markets!
How appropriate, we started day three in Bangkok with a hangover at the same place the movie "Hangover 2" was filmed. Slow start to the day, headed to the river with the intension of visiting a few local temples. Made it to 'Wat Arun' (Wat is Thia for Temple) only to find to enter the temple you need to be fully covered, ie long pants and long sleeved shirt. Shorts and Tshirt didn't cut it. So back to the ferry for a short cruise to China Town and more markets. Again way to many people grammed into a small space. Didn't take me long to say, stuff this, (not in those words), lets get out here. So now I am back in the lounge bar typing this blog, singha in one hand and just deciding whether to have another or a Chivas.......

Off early in the morning to the floating markets......yes more markets, but the lounge bar will be waiting for me when we get back.

I think we can trade photos when you get back!!! You obviously diddnt see that they gave you clothes to wear at the temple if you really wanted to have a look. We made the climb it was a killer but the view was great. Looks like you are doing more relaxing and drinking than being tourists. Considering you have probably seen it all before I would choose the lounge bar and give the temples a miss. Give Kasem a call (private car) and get him to take you out to the Tiger temple, if you haven't already been, its worth the trip +66(0)8-1906-5981. Or he will take you anywhere you like. Wished we were back there, loved it xx
