Meet Captain Jack
Her favorite thing is to ride on my shoulders or head while I walk or bike around the island. So, I have already told you about my monkey, but I thought it was time to show you a few pictures now that I have them on my computer.
It is a shame that I don't have pictures of the most amazing thing she does: Swim. But hard to carry a monkey AND a camera into the water so you will have to go with your imagination here. Lets just say that she swims just as well above as under water...
Anyway... here goes: Let me introduce Captain Jack (She is a girl monkey... but they thought she was a boy when they got her so now she goes by Captain Jack and lives with a mild case of gender confusion.)
No Dan, you can’t have one! ;-) I don’t think Alice or Kitty would like it very much….
PS: For anyone planning to visit Gili "T", the monkeys -- there are two of them -- live at TATOO ADDICTION, a bar at the quiet end of the Island, near Horizontal Bar. Please be AWARE the monkey's DO BITE sometimes and it took me a long time to get Captain Jack and her cousin, Kiply, to get
Manicure?
Her hands are so perfect! Like she has just arrived from a manicure... this comfortable with me. If you visit them, start slowly...
