Bills got a job at last Here we are in Ireland on our search for the Obriens.Had a pleasant crossing.Headed for Wexford had some great bangers and mash..Denis is loveing the food.had to stay to listen to the westcoast/Geelong match which now means we have to be in Dublin for the AFL final which starts here at 530am.
Next stop the Blarney stone in Blarney of all places ,,however Denis put his shoulder out kissing it because his nose was too big!!! No sight of OBriens yet better try the pubs where they drink and talk shite!!! Tonight we had a drink for an old friend Neil who died suddenly..he loved Irish music..thinking too of Marita,Freya and Hugh.
Today we arrived at Killarney after the ring of Beara and Kerry absolutely amazing scenery..what a beautiful place..Tomoro we explore the natonal park and Killarney town.No Irish music yet I tinks theyv knocked off for the winter!!
gee its hard living in a small space Denis is whinging that I make him wear his tshirts for 2 days reckons he hasnt done that since he was 16!! In Doolin near the cliffs of Moher this scenery is amazingbut I must say i am a tad dissapointed everyone looks wealthy

Kerry and I have been hoping to see small children eaten buy bed bugs and wearing sloppy jumpers with holes in belonging to their Da!!! Too much angaelas ashes you wonder? Well where are all the tortured soles that lived in poverty and created artistic genius etc???Saw a trad irish band last night in Doolin the irish pipe was amazing but I dont know it all sounds the same diddlydoo after awhile and if I hear one more tin whistle!!!Denis reckons he can do a jig...I reckon I could do him in pretty soon !!! The cliffs of moher are breathtaking..Got up at 3am to taxi to dublin to see the AFL grand final live ..sadly it was a dry turn due to the hour..however it was a great match wandered around temple bar district later....commiserations to Bill Downy!!!

Bloody good to hear from you !!!!
Hi J & D, I'm really sorry about the lack of responses so far; have really enjoyed reading the blogs but have been a tad distracted. I became really ill just after you left, in & out of hospital, specilaist/GP visits, every test known to womankind, diagnosis of bowel cancer then ovarian cancer! However, into SJOG week before last & the Gynae found my right ovary growing into the bowel! At least he had never seen it before so I feel very special! Anyway, just about over it & back at work today. Absolutely no news from us; I'm off to NZ for a week from 13/10 to help Rachel pack up & bring the kids back. I would absolutely LOVE for Alan & I to join you so I'm busy wasting all my non-existent spare money on Tatts! The photos are all spectacular, & I loved hearing that you'd been to Lyme Regis. I've got a great photo of Aaron standing on the beach in raincoat & hat while other people are lying about in bathers pretending they're actually sunbaking! REALLY miss you! LOVE Juliet xx
