Drove 650 miles in the first 24 hours. Spent our first night in a Walmart parking lot. Reached my cousin's home by evening of day one. Had a wonderful time with them. Celebrated Garrett's (dad) birthday, played with the children, then resumed our driving.
Barb did well behind the wheel, maggie adjusted to the road and we escaped accidents and injuries. Having a great time.

Walmart Stop
We were in San Diego/La Jolla area and LOVED it ....But its sooo expensive ..I said the only way we could live out there was sell our house and buy a motor home and travel around San Diego and stay at different Walmarts every night... So when i saw this i so cracked up thinking us in La Jolla....Thanks I needed a laugh tonight.....
