Turns out Jet Lag is some serious stuff. Jumping from Hawaii to London really confuses the body. Miles and I woke up ready for life this morning at 5:30 am. You would think that maybe something would be available to do but here people start everything a little bit later.

We ended up taking the tube to Camden Town. A few things that we noticed…

1. If it is before 9 am, bring a paper to read on the Tube, everybody is doing it.
2. Mixed Drinks come in the can, yes Dad you’re favorite Gin and Tonic is a close as a can open away.
3. Nothing really opens and starts jumping till like 1030/11
4. Entertainment can be found by walking through the super market

Brits can say just about anything and it can be amusing. You must also listen very carefully, they are speaking English, I promise.

We hit Covent Gardens too, more ways to spend money in England, what we didn’t plan for was the HUGE strike that is going on. People really care about their pensions and had a huge gathering in the streets!

We made it to Lunch at Wagamama. Miles first time, great noodles…although he ordered a salad. I didn’t want to question, but salad at a noodle house? Everything tastes better polished off with a beer.

Miles school is in a good area around Covent Gardens, I expect he will be having a great time…we are really getting a grip on the Tube around here!

Tonight’s plan is still up in the air…We checked on Arcade Fire tickets. The group is good don’t get me wrong, but 100 dollars is very expensive, and not really in the budget.
