I got started a day late due to bad weather but I made good progress today. I blew through the Cong, West by God, and half of Ketucky in record time. I have arrived in the land of "both kinds of music" (country and western) but being that I am a fan of neither I'm not very much interested in seeing the sights. I'll be on the road again early tomorrow. Total miles driven: 607.

The Journey Begins
Did you remember to do maintenance on the Silly Scion before you left? Did you take any spare parts? How far south are you? Do you hear the banjos?

A possible side trip on the way home...
I didn't think about it but you could have stopped at the Casey Jones Museum in Jackson, TN. Having been there, it isn't worth the stop. I'm sure there is a micro-scrap in the parking lot for you to log. We know this trip is all about the smileys!
