We made it to Europe

We are now in Vienna and life is good.

We enjoyed the last bit of India and we'll fill you guys in on that when we get a chance and we can post some photos. Some things are better understood through photos and honestly, it's too nice out there for me to sit here and blog for hours, but we do guarantee that it will come soon.

We made a list of the Best and Worst of Asia so we'll compile it and post it for everyone sometime this week.

We also now have a third party to the madness. Our good friend Ian from Nashville is in tow so we celebrated that yesterday by spending the day at several Viennese pubs and partaking in the delicious spirits of this fine country. Highlights included Ian and I being approached by a "lovely" local woman who wanted to dance with us while we all listened to Rammstein sing "yo quiero puta" followed up by a little Michael Jackson and the old guy who passed out mid beer at another bar.

Today we took in some of the sights including the torture museum and an amazingly beautiful park area complete with games, a maze a la the Harry Potter movie (though not as scary or big), and some amazing views of the city. It's pretty nice to be in a clean, well organized city where we aren't hassled by helpful tour guides though I definitely would love to still have the prices of Asia.

Anyway, this is short and sweet because we have to get back to enjoying our time here in Vienna.

We'll get a full update in the next few days for everyone.

Hope all is well.

Vienna!
Hi guys! This is Sara's little sister Mollie, and it sounds like y'all are having an amazing time! I'm so jealous! Sara sent me an email and told me you were in Vienna, so I just thought I would drop a quick note with some hints on things to see. (i lived 2 hours south of vienna for all of 2004, so i especially love this country!) I loved the Dali Museum. It is all of his famous works in a tiny museum. really.....bizarre!! I also really enjoyed the Museum of Natural History, the collection that they have is fantastic, with things that you could never see in the states. (a statue of a woman's body close to 40,000 years old!) here's some info.... if nature is a topic you are interested in then this is the place you have to go. have a look at the dinasaurus rex as well as huge fishes , fossiles also. be prepared that you will spend minimum half a day, if you want to see all the exponates. open: daily except tuesday: 9:00 - 18:30 tuesday closed wednesday open until 21:00 entries: adults € 6,50 please let me know if can help in anyway while you are there! (particularly if you make it anywhere else in austria.) Also, i have some excellent recommendations for Prague and Leipzig if you get a chance to go there! Have a great time and congratulations!
