Caught up with friends and family.
Boys went fishing at the Calliope River and at last they caught something, well Emerson did.
Bev and Lester shared some pointers about traveling… apparently it’s going to be hot in Darwin!! Bev stocked our kitchen with fresh fruit and veg from their garden and homemade pickles and jams. Lester kitted up the car with the biggest mud flap I’ve ever seen. The car looks real tuff now. We took their advice and the recliner chair did stay at Gladstone and we bought more practical chairs.
Sunday afternoon at the caravan park Emerson felt quite at home sitting with the grey nomads listening to some golden oldies live music. Bless him!
