No photo with this blog because we're at JFK airport heading for Las Vegas, via Los Angeles, and the camera-connecting-lead thingy is in a suitcase instead of our hand luggage. Ooops! We've had a lovely time in Brooklyn with Claire, Guy, William and George. They're all happy and well, but I've had a serious talk with Claire about behaviour (role reversal actually - it was her telling me I have to do what Harry says and never to argue with any border guards/airport security etc. - I said I'd do my best). The NY weather has been good (70's and sunny) so we've been lucky to get out every day with the children. We've heard the UK weather hasn't been so great. What am I like - I'm on a RTW trip and I'm talking about the weather - well, I AM a Brit!

Hope you did what you were told Angela and broke the bank in the process.. Guess the temperature was a little bit warmer than in the UK.. and you are obviously missing those horrific rainstorms.. No snow here yet,, It's the first November since 1832 that we haven't had any in November,, Enjoy your trip Hugh
