sweet chilli sauce is so underrated

Seriously...I am in total sweet chilli heaven living here. You can buy sweet chilli potato chips and crackers, its served with vertually everything, including our new staple - potato wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. It almost makes it ok that they dont have poutine here.

Back to more important issues...We are in Adalaide. Spanky is absolutely golden. I am really impressed with our little purchase. So tonight we are going to a huge wine festival downtown.. The locals tell us we came at just the right time. This should be fun. We have only arrived yesterday so we havent seen too much. Just did some shopping and well, all I can say is that I have a problem and Im not posting how many clothes I bought...😊

We are staying in a camp ground just on the outskirts. There is a koala in the tree above the car. Not even kidding. We are pretty stoked about that. Not like they do very much - they sleep 18-22 hours a day, but its super neat to see a koala in its natural habitat.

So I think we are going to be here another few days and then head inland to Cober Pedy to stay in some underground hostels. Everyone lives underground and Im really excited to see that in full effect. I love opals too and 80% of the worlds opals are mined there so I might have to induldge in that as well.

Time is going by so fast here. The boys are still with us - really, what would men do without us?? 😊 We are all getting on well and we are for sure saving a lot of money. I would reccommend buying a car to anyone. Its for sure the way to go!

Wish I could be with you for all the shananigans. More than anything I wish I could have a ride in Spanky but I guess I'll just have to dream about what that would be like. Miss you lots and can't wait for the next entry, keep 'em comin'.
