Well I'm a bit behind but i will try my best to fill you in on everything in between.....
We got to Broome on a Saturday just after school holidays had finnished and went straight online to look up caravan sites to start ringing, 1, 2, 3 then 4 and gave up they were all fully booked and said to try the "overflow oval" and even that was full so we rang a friend of a friend and begged to crash at there house till we could find a vacancy. Which we did the next day (by chance only because we were at the right pace at the right time) the person before me couldn't fit in the space allocated to him so i said "I will take it". So now we have a place to call home for a week while in Broome right on Cable Beach 😊
The next night we went to a Sunday Sesh at "The Mangroves" with Karee and Damo with there rug-rats which had a bouncy castle for the kids which kept them out of our hair to enjoy a beer or 2... that was a good feed!!!
We went to the
Croc Park and while there it was feeding time and went on the tour which was pretty interesting and Axel got to hold another baby croc!!!
Axel was pretty chuffed cause he got to ride his bike right on Cable Beach, the sand there is so hard you can get any vehicle down there or push bike for that matter....
Was a nice town and could easily settle down there but decided to move on and see alot more of Aussie!!! so after a week we moved on to Derby....drove around town and kept going cause there was nothing much there to see and from there we ventured onto the "GIBB"

Hmm a few too many crocs for my liking. Great Photos of Cable Beach looks to good to be true. Glad to hear you are all doing well. Oh yeah Ax does look like the kid on the Banana Boat Ad. hehe. Cant wait to see your pics of the Gibb River. Hugs to you all Luv Sue xxx
