We made it!!!

Well... it is 10:30 PM here at the world, and we made it. A few bumps in the Magical Express, but overall a good experience... okay a great one.

We started this morning at 5:30 AM in beautiful Seattle. Alaska Airlines finally came through with 2 seats together, and just over 40 minutes late, we took off for Florida.

Thank goodness for portable DVD players. 4 hours and 40 minutes later, we arrived. Down stairs, to Disney's Magical Express and off to the hotel... but wait, where is the DVD player. UGH!!!!!!!! Papa managed to leave it on the terminal train... well I must say that the Orlando International airport has their s**t together. Calling by cell phone from the bus to the hotel... they were able to track it down for us.

So, we arrive at the hotel a mere 1 hour and 30 minutes after leaving the plane, and that includes a 30 minute drive from the airport, not bad. At check-in we meet Gail who not only checks us in... but gets a company van and drives us back to the airport to get the DVD player. What a company... and then has to refuse a tip, company policy.

So we get to the room at like 8:30, go get food, come back... and still no luggage. Well the not so magical part of Magical Express. Never fear the bags are onsite and just awaiting a bell hop to bring them.

So tomorrow it is Disney's MGM Studios... stay tuned.
