Estonia here we come

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the updates from home - keep them coming.

Well since I last wrote (sorry been in the wilderness with very little internet access - or anything else for that matter)
We headed across Norway and back into Sweden leaving the snow capped mountains for one last time. Spen a few days just driving across\up sweden. Mile up on Mile of empty pine and birch lined roads, so much forest. The only thing that broke it up was the odd reindeer on the road - really is a wilderness. Camped next to a main road - 2 cars went by all night - all very light night!

We headed up to the Artic Circle and headed for a Sami village museum but as it was a public holiday it was closed - sods law!.
Back to the coast of the Gulf of Bothnia and into Finland. Back to the land of the Euro and 89p ltr fuel!!. We again headed up to the Artic Circle and to santas village - very tacky but had to be done. This is prob the earliest I have ever started my christmas shopping (although Kate has prob finished hers alread!). Have done a few nice 3hr plus walks along nice tracks with great views.

Tried the local dish of reindeer - smells funny raw but is very nice - still would prefer beef but you can hardly get that here.

We have been in Helskini since yesterday and tomorrow we head over to Estonia. Done a lot of sightseeing today as it is lovely and sunny - I even needed sunscrean on - but then I am a pom!.
Bought a Reindeer rug today from the market before Scott tries to tell any of you he killed it himself!!

Right had best be off - the olymic tower to go and see.
