Day three - pyramids

In my attempt to ignore very swolen feet, we went to the pyramids. Was quite cool, they were restoring it the same way it was origionally built, men throwing mud bricks up to each other (see pic). We also saw a hairless dog, they are quite rare now but were common 100 years ago. Lady told us how many sacrafices were made (all women who had children) to the gods to celebrade fertility, and one small boy to celebrate youth....tough times for us ladies!
