Since starting to travel in 1998 I haven't been able to stop! Which just goes to show what can happen to a shy, little farm-girl that never even wanted to leave home!
I began this blog in 2007 during my year and half of teaching and missions work in Honduras. Before that I'd been to Germany, Brazil, Ecuador and Guatemala. I'm eager to see where all I will end up and the new adventures and opportunities God gives me to experience!

Me he dado cuenta que hay muchos muchachos y muchachas haciendo trabajo voluntario en Honduras y en otros paices de Centro America. Me gusta leer lo que escriben pues me hacen sentir como si yo estubiera tambien ahi, y ademas porque me gusta leer sobre las diferentes impresiones que muchos de ellos tienen al encontrarse en situaciones inimaginadas. I'm still awed by the fact that God allowed me that time in Honduras and to have those experiences! It's sort of a "wow, I never would have imagined myself in this place and doing all of this!" It wasn't easy, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!
