We Are DELAYED!!!

So....Our flight got delayed out of LA to the Cook Islands because the Captain got sick. Hmm...So now we fly out at 5am tomorrow morning (Monday) and have to stop in Hawaii for a few hours to pick up a NEW captain.
They put us up in the Sheraton Hotel and gave us $100 to order room service, so we ordered EVERYTHING on the entire menu. Literally..wings, burgers, milkshakes, salad. This screws us up though because we had a connecting flight in Rarotonga that we'll miss now. They are supposed to put us on a new flight in Rarotonga though...
We'll see what happens! Wish us luck..

Now we'll enjoy our fancy Sheraton hotel room!

Shame about the delay - but you must be sooooo excited you are finally on your way!!! Travel safe, have heaps of fun and make the most of every opportunity - im soooo jealsous :) Although we looking at buying a landrover in preparation for our trip round africa - bring it on!!! LOL when I read your post and you said "This screws us up" I was sure you were going to go on and say how now you had to fly on ridiculously over full tummies or now you were too heavy for the plane LOL
