We sadly left San Jose and said goodbye to our fantastic group (will miss you all) to fly to South America. We finally arrived in Cusco after a hellish day of travelling! 3 flights from San Jose including a particulary troublesome incident at Miami airport when we had to leave the plane at 2am in the morning due to a spark and smoke! That was a relaxing flight when we got back on, felt so safe!!! However all was ok in the end and we arrived yesterday morning! Cusco is very cool, the city is beautiful, really enjoying it so far. Just chilling and catching up on some sleep before the Inca trail on Thursday which Im not looking forward to! We have purchased some rather attractive woolly hats and gloves, is so cold here, such a change after Central America!
Inca trail here we come.....
