Well Bailey up to his tricks again during the nigh and woke Warwick up to go for a piss and crap, Marg had taken him out later at 5.45am it was a cool night much better to sleep. Mary Pool River free camp is a big tick in our book. Lovely peaceful stop there we about 28 campers there that may seem a lot but the area was is so vast that we were all pretty well spread out. There were all sorts of campers ranging from the Winnebago, off road vans, pop tops and camper trailers to even a bicker. They all come from different walks of life and with the same aims as to see this great country of ours.

On our travels we have come across many people, women travelling by them selves in a small tent or pulling a van some with men on bikes combo van, caravans, etc. Good on them just out there travelling.

So we left Mary Pool River rest area around 8 am and stopping at Fitzroy Crossing for fuel as the next section is 230 km’s. We had lunch at Ellendale rest area (585) it was very hot and dusty no shade so we decided to go through to Nillibubbica rest area after filling up with fuel at Willare Roadhouse with is about 200 km’s from Broome. A few people already there (2.30) as the van besides us had people sitting there having drink. We found out later that they were watching us and had never seen a rapid and were watching to see how it all unfolds.

Of course it’s the only time Warwick hits is head as he opened the back up and said F*** that hurt, the rest area is just red dust and of course Bailey and Chloe preferred to lay in it and not on the mat. The 2 ladies came over that had been watching us set up Sue and Jackie and said that they were not watching us but they were watching the dogs,
