Heyloo there my lovely friends and family!! 😊

So far Sydney is living up to expectations....fantastic city!!! A lot of people said to me that if I loved Melbourne I wouldn't like Sydney, but I have found that I love them both!! Maybe i'm just easy to please!hehe

Last Saturday I basically recovered from the overnight bus ride from Melbourne to Sydney which was nice....on Sunday we went on a trip into the Blue Mountains which was sooo amazing!! They were beautiful, unfortunately it was a little overcast, but I still saw the three sisters and also got a pretty good view of the whole valley, mountains and general scenery so i'm not complaining!! They really were breathtaking and I would recommend for everyone reading this to get themselves over to Oz pronto and visit them!! Come on....i'm sure you havn't got anything better to do!

We had a roast dinner on Sunday night whoch was very welcome, as i'm going to be back to backpacker food pretty soon!

On Monday I went into the city and had a look around, got my first glimpse of the Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge which was really exciting!!!! I walked through the Botanical Gardens which are really just like a big park....really nice though! I also visited thh Sydney Art Gallery which houses some really stunning and interesting art work....definately worth a visit if you're ever here! Monday night I met Chris' two sons...Finn (4) and Jake (2). They were so cute and I read Finn a bedtime story!!

On Tuesday I came into the city again and caught the City Sightseeing Hop on Hop off Tour....it's 90 mins long and basically takes you around the whole city with a commentary. 'Twas very useful as it put into perspective where everything was for me!!hehe The ticket also included a 90 minute tour to Bondi Beach and back which was cool....I didn't get off as it was the last tour and so I wouldn't have been able to get back to the city if I had, but it was brillianto to see the beach, and i'll deffodeffo take a day trip out there if there's a good sunny day this week!! It was a little cold on the open topped deck as it was getting to evening time....also I kept getting almost hit by low hanging branches!!haha....it was a funny experience!!

Today I am in the city again.....booked myself onto the Oz Experience and a surfing camp in Byron Bay! After much deliberating I have decided to come to Wake Up Hostel tomorrow....couldn't decide between Central Sydney and Kings Cross (Red Light District :P) After a trip up to Kings Cross I decided on Central....apparently Kings Cross is the best place for night life, but I think there's enough here for me and Kings Cross may be a little daunting on my own!!!hehe

Amy and Chris have been soooo amazing having me to stay....THANKYOU!!! I've had a great time with them, but it's time to move on and start socialising in the backpacker circuit again!!hehe

Think i'm going to go and see some theatre this weekend whioch should be fabbo. Billy Elliot and Phantom are on atm but tickets are like $100 odd, and seeing as I can see them in the West End for wayyyy less when I get home I think i'm going to see some more local theatre, things that are less likely to be on back in the UK (and that are A LOT cheaper!!!hahaha)

Anyways I must love you and leave you.......don't be strangers and leave me some messages and comments on here......I havn't had any in a while and the page is starting to feel neglected 😞

Hope all is well in Engerland!!!!
