Hooray!
All systems are go! Just booked my flight through ebookers at
Ebookers for £439.90 one way.
Will be leaving gatwick at 20:25pm UK time, with a two hour stop off in dubai, no doubt for a cheeseburger made of gold or two! Should fingers x touch down safe and well in Sydney, Australia at 06:50am although not sure if that is our time or Aussie Time - it's definitely not "Chico Time" thank god! - Hope he goes out next week - at least I;ll be well away from Saturday TV now 😉
Bought a backpacker travel insurance policy from
1StopTravelnsurance for £180. All I need to do now is phone them tomorrow and get additional business cover for my laptop and business essentials while I am away. Shouldnt be a problem.
