Or “Let me out. I have to pee! I have to pee!”

Early morning, long drive. Rachel came down to wish us off. We were sad to leave her. Kyle and Beth took off in the truck while Sarah and I headed in to get Anne. It was weird leaving Rachel behind. 5 is an odd number (in more than one way.) As usual, I slept a large majority of the morning. I had some really odd dreams and slept pretty hard. Through North Carolina, Virginia (which I was awake for some of), West Virginia I missed altogether, Tennessee for lunch, and finally Kentucky. I read the other times I wasn’t sleeping and I finished my book! Yea! That means I can start my new one! (Which I’m a good portion into now.) The new one is called “Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight” about a woman who was born in England and grew up in various parts of Africa, then went to University in Canada and now lives in Wyoming. Should be interesting.

We took a few minutes to unwind and the hotel before going to dinner. (Which is where today’s titles came from.) We were talking about people’s habits in waking- who wakes right up, who uses the snooze button several times. I said that I like the snooze in real life, but if I push it too many times, I have a nose in my face saying, “I have to pee! I have to pee! Let me out! I have to pee!” Apparently the first thing to people’s minds was Sarah. Quite the laughs. Sarah asked if that could be the name of today. Shortly after, a junior high student rode by on Heelies, or whatever those shoes with wheels in them are called. Kyle, with a perfectly straight face, said, “I just have a desire to kick those children over.” I about fell out of my chair! He said it so earnestly. After dinner, more veging and being excited to be back on the road. We have a real show tomorrow and everything!

Today I learned:
That a lorry is a big truck in the UK

lorry
A lorry is really about half the size of an american semi, which of course are dwarfed by aussie auto trains I believe they call them. Peace out Dave
