Sydney Harbour Bridge
Photo of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Taken the first day. G'day everyone!
Today was an eventful day. I woke up early and surprise, I had a sunburn! Luckily I remembered to bring sunblock (just forgot to put it on yesterday). I started out with a long walk down Oxford Street. This is where the Mardi Gras Parade will be on Saturday night. Unfortunately, everything was closed (it was about 8am) except for some cafes. I walked through Centennial Park. It was very pretty and the wildlife (mostly ducks), were more than happy to swim by and say hi (well, I think they really wanted food, but I didn't have any). I then took the train over to Darling Harbour and spent a few hours at the Aquarium. See the "Find Nemo" picture. I then bused it to Circular Quay (pronounce key) where I got on a random ferry and took it around the Harbour. The joys of carefree travel! Got some good pictures of the Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the City. I got back to my hotel for a little downtime before I headed to the Opera House to see Exotica by the Australian Symphony. I met a nice bloke from Bangladesh and his friend from South Korea.
Sydney Opera House
Sydney Opera House taken from the Botanical Garden approach. They took the picture of me with the Opera House in the background. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I'm calling it a night, even though most of you are probably about to be getting up for work. Tune in tomorrow morning for pictures from the Blue Mountains! Cheers!

G'Day Mate! WoW!!! Sounds like you had a full day of events. The pictures are awesome and what a great experience to go to the Opera House. Nemo is too cute. Hopefully your full day of activities has helped you catch up on your sleep. Keep the pictures coming, my students and I are living vicariously through you!
