In the Beginning...

My Daughter and Son-in-law are going on the trip of a lifetime. Not to feel left out, we decided to start a trip of a lifetime our own… well it has been a lifetime already!

We begin our journey at the Pyramids of Granite City. Bruce and I decided to explore the Pyramids with a local boy named Pablo. Pablo has a great working knowledge of the land, so he was an excellent addition to our exploration, helping us scale the side of one particular Pyramid. We brought along our own chartered photographer, Cassie, to capture our expedition for your viewing pleasure.

I can see for miles
The view from the top was amazing! We could see forever in all directions.

A journey ends, but not the adventure
Pablo found us the best route back down to sea level to continue our travels exploring the city.
