May 29. Immature butcherbird. Cool, cause I guessed it then found in book. Pleasant quiet day. Enjoying the sunshine. And the rain. Humidity must be 100%.
May 30. Racing Mooloolaba on 'Spirit'. Beat to Gneerings mark through 110 degrees against current in light air long struggle. Slow downwind. Much discussion before, during and after race about correct way to finish. Some went port around and others went straight through. Race instructions favoured former, blue book the latter. Got $1.50 chips and albacore steak to cook on barby opposite shop. Uncooked $2, cooked $5.50. Had cucumber, capsicum and tomato sauce in car so it was healthy and cheap.
May 31. Got Noosa 'Weekender' - no article. Not happy. Later remembered last nights efforts on anthem when I made some siginificant headway - improvements on what I posted on 28th. That dispelled some gloom. Spruiking poor. Called website guy in Perigian who gave me some very encouraging figures for his services, my website needs work. Barby lunch and on to Noosaville library where I still couldn't access email but discovered I'm on youtube!!!!! Search on youtube for 'new flag for Australia'. Sixty second clip. Shot on Avalon beach. Day of downs and ups. The struggle continues.
