It's good to be well again!

Monday night I went out with a whole slew of people, mostly Americans. Mary and I, especially, were feeling great cause we hadn't been able to go out in awhile. We started at Spoons (Whetherspoons) - and I think I met half the rugby team (mens', that is...hehe). Tons of fun! They're really friendly, and hilarious, and many were interested in talking about our country.

Brittany and I split a pitcher of Long Island Iced Tea, which was pretty weak cause they make it different here, but tasty, and Mary and I later split a pitcher of Lust (Archers,' which is peach vodka, Smirnoff vodka and orange juice - so it was good for getting over my cold!) It was fun just meeting a ton of new people and actually be able to sit down and talk, since it's quieter at the pub then at the club, which is where we went later.

At Bar 3one, it was harder to get to know people, so we just danced - a lot. I still can't get over how bad the English dance, if you compared it to an American club, but I think it's more fun, here, because there isn't pressure and it's more relaxed. I had a rum and coke. People took a lot of crazy pictures, and I met some guys that were visiting their friend on the rugby team. We headed back a little after midnight, so I got plently of sleep before my 9 a.m. class.

I enjoyed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch, which made me a tad homesick. And the rain has made it easy to stay in and just chill - we played spoons in the hallway. Goodnight!
