This sight kept me laughing for a good fifteen minutes. I think it was the combination of focus and determination and the gaping jowl.
And it comes to an end. Our month-long journey from Toronto to Vancouver ends on November 6th, 2006 with a day of driving from Thunder Bay to home sweet home. Pulling out of Thunder Bay at 5:30 a.m., we caught the sunrise as we drove through the beautiful Superiour region just east of Thunder Bay. We were determined to get home today to see everyone, and we were actually a full day ahead of our anticipated schedule. Both of us were very excited to get home and getting such an early start allowed us to see the sunrise, catch some Z's, and have a good old heart to heart before we both returned to life in the city.

I am so happy that I was able to do this, and that Geoff and the folks at Boom! gave me the opportunity... I feel priveledge to have been able to spend so much time with my brother, and to have seen more of the country that I call home. Good times.

Some things to remind us of the trip:

Geoff and I visited over 30 Wal-Marts from the Vancouver and the Fraser Valley to this one, our last, located somewhere in Northern Ontario.

This statue was actually quite graphic... a closer look at the hunter reveals that he was in rough shape. a bloodied nose and some rips in his clothing were good signs of his struggle. i should be on CSI

The last Wal-Mart
hahaha, funny story, I think that your "last Wal-Mart" of the trip is in my hometown, Dryden, ON. It's sad that I recognize it, right across from a Tim Hortons?
