I\'m traveling to CA for a month in july and want to start in panama and end in guatemala. When is the best time to purchase my tickets, financially speaking? Are there any airlines that might get me a cheaper fair?

Also-I\'ve heard about people having trouble traveling from country to the next. Does anyone know what I\'m talking about or has any info on this? Thanks. Reply to this
