Hi, we will be in Kuala Lumpur for new year's eve and I was wondering where the party would be?
Is there a general countdown somewhere?
If anyone has any advise it's welcome.

Reply to this Head to Bangsar, or Sri Hartamas..they're lively nightspots in general. Excellent place for food, bars, and hookahs.
the petronas twin towers will be hosting a massive concert, countdown, fireworks and the whole shebang, so thats a pretty good place to head to, plus there's heaps of bars and clubs around the area as well(rum jungle,zouk to name a few).
Myself, I'll be at The Curve; an outdoor mall with a free outdoor concert, alfresco dining, fireworks, and perhaps a night market...they also have an ice bar there.
