Booking Advise

Has anyone booked their travel through a local agency in Thailand?

I am planning to go to Thailand in the new year and have heard about a Travel Agency located in Koh Samui who have a website with Hotel & Tour booking online. However I am not sure if it is safe and reliable to do so with a little known operator. Usually I have book with large companies like Thomas Cook and had no complaints but this company seem to have some very well priced hotels and tours and it would make sense to save money and do so with them. Has anyone heard of AA Global Travel? They are not ranked very high in google so I wonder if there is a reason why.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Hi Stevie, not sure about travel agents on koh samui, but i booked several excursions with agencys in Bangkok and other Islands in Thailand and never had any complaints.
